KrazyToys Return & Refund Policy

We at KrazyToys value your satisfaction and strive to provide the best shopping experience. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery, provided that the items are in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and include all original tags.
- Customers are required to return the package through a traceable courier service at their own expense to our company address, along with a copy of the invoice and reason for return.

Delivery charges are non-refundable.

- Refund/exchange requests will be processed within 5 business days (excluding Sundays) after receiving the returned products.

Refunds (if applicable)

- Refunds are only applicable if the product is broken, faulty, or damaged and the issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery via email at krazytoysshop@gmail.com
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email/message regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within a few days.
- We sincerely appreciate your patience during this process.

Special Conditions

- Orders above Rs. 5,000/- will require a 10% advance payment before dispatch.
- No return or exchange is applicable on inflatable items, remote-controlled toys, not-for-profit, or promotional items.
